4. Subscription and Payment

5. Refund Policy

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is." While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate content
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing
• We do not guarantee SEO rankings or traffic results
• You should verify facts and claims in generated content

9. WordPress Integration

By connecting your WordPress site, you grant us permission to publish content via the WordPress REST API using the credentials you provide. We access only the permissions necessary to publish posts and do not modify other site settings.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.
